REG 4 (EXCEPTIONS)
1.4 Qualified Exceptions to Name and Number Address Assignments (Exceptions)
1.4.1 Self-application of IGO etc. by international governmental organizations based on Article 1.1.1
1.4.2 Based on Article 1.1.2, second-level domain names are conditionally allowed to be used as registration suffixes. For example,.io is prohibited, but abc.io is allowed to be used as the suffix for third-level domain name registration
1.4.3 Based on Article 1.2.3, the Applicant has excluded relevant intellectual property disputes or entered into cooperation agreements with relevant parties
1.4.4 Based on Article 1.3.2, the market application of Internet/blockchain name shall be evaluated and approved by vote within BcannDao
